**Position Purpose**

Specific focus of this role is to get involved in the IT Transformation program aimed at transforming backoffice business logic, functions which are Database stored procedure centric today and transform them into microservices which easily maintainable, separately deployable and horizontally/vertically scalable.

**Responsibilities**
- Get involved in the IT transformation project to transform backoffice business logic into microservices based architecture for this:

- Create the necessary documentation that will help other teams to utilize the microservices (e.g. service discovery, input-output etc) Work closely with the other team to ensure the microservices fit into the target workflows as required with the business
- Understand how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Work closely with team management and make sure that scope and direction of the project is on schedule.Work with QA team to help them develop the right test cases Work with Business users during UAT

**Technical & Behavioural Competencies**
- At least 3-4 years of experience developing microservices in Asp.net
- Strong Database concepts & Proven ability to write, understand SQL code (stored procs, triggers)
- Concrete knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs)
- Exposure to parallel processing
- Exposure to capacity management. Performance tuning (server side code as well as Database)
- Should be able to organize time well, effective time management.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex concepts to others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and the ability to motivate others to deliver.
