As an **E-commerce Executive**, you will be responsible for daily order processing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that our online product catalog is updated, accurate, and engaging for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Handling & Customer Coordination**
- Process incoming online orders and update order status.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

**Vendor & Inventory Management**
- Communicate with vendors for order fulfillment, dispatch timelines, and stock updates.
- Track stock levels and raise restocking requests.
- Ensure packaging quality and timeliness for each order.

**Website & Product Catalog Maintenance**
- Update product listings on the website (descriptions, pricing, images, availability).
- Add new products and categorize them appropriately.
- Coordinate with designers for banners, offers, and homepage updates.
- Perform regular audits to remove outdated or inactive listings.

**Additional Tasks**
- Monitor competitor websites and suggest catalog or pricing improvements.
- Assist with promotions, discount campaigns, and sales reporting.
- Generate basic performance and inventory reports weekly.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or catalog management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
