To communicate with clients in a matured and professional way and align self with business and organzational goals to identify sales opportunities and handle customer queries/complaints.

Responsibilities - Verbal Skills:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Display basic etiquettes on calls

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and clear thought process.

Responsibilities - Process Skills:
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer support role

Adapt to the organisational culture and discipline. Urge to work in a matured way

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,284.49 per month
