**Position**:Customer Relationship Associate (Sales)
**Location**: Vaishnovdevi Circle, Ahmedababd
**Job Type**: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Associate to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for property viewings.Provide information about properties and answer any queries potential clients may have.
Maintain a database of potential clients and update it regularly.Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and closed efficiently.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade and negotiate.Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
High school dipoma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Gujarati, Hindi].
