**Position: IT Sales Manager**
**Experience**:2 to 3 years
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)
We specialize in IoT industry, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions that drive our industry forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for IoT products and solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads, prospecting new clients, and nurturing existing client relationships to generate sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular sales activity reports to management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with marketing teams and technical team to develop, implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering results, also self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field / Bachelor's Degree of Engineering. (Preferred anyone)
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum 3 years of experience in selling technology products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT technology, including sensors, connectivity, data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
**Other Requirements**:
- Experience in International Sales and Lead Generation
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
