1. Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target

2. On boarding new Channel partners/ brokers and getting regular business from them

3. Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely and correcting their behaviour if needed

4. Hire and mentor new sales executives

5. Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of 'Brand Shubhashray'

6. Working with CRM team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction

Key Skills Needed

1. Negotiation and closing.

2. Team leading

3. Analytical Mind set

**CTC**

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

- Management: 5 years (preferred)
