AGM - Retail Health
Location - Jaipur (Corporate Office)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Qualifications and Requirements - A Medical degree (MBBS)/ Engineer is preferred. An MBA in Marketing or a similar field is highly desirable. Doctors from other streams are also welcome to apply.
Experience - Proven experience of at least 10 years in the healthcare or insurance industry, with focus on retail health insurance.
About You
Strong understanding of the retail health insurance segment, including market dynamics, customer requirements, distribution channels, and regulatory landscape.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on delivering results.
Familiarity with healthcare networks, medical terminology, and healthcare service delivery processes.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to health insurance.
Willingness to travel to meet with stakeholders, attend industry events, and visit healthcare providers.
Strong computer knowledge - Proficient in data monitoring, analysis & representation using Microsoft Office tools.
