**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations in the Heavy Fabrication Industry, specializing in Structures, Bridges, and Railway components. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, adherence to quality standards, and efficient resource utilization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality & safety standards.
- Allocate resources and manpower effectively to achieve production targets.

2. **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate production team members, including technicians and skilled workers.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Implement performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

3. **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality meets industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement quality improvement initiatives.

4. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance production capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to streamline manufacturing processes.

5. **Resource Allocation**:

- Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with the Planning department to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement activities.

6. **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in heavy fabrication industries.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
