Job Summary:
As a Food Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our food production facility, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your background in Food Technology (BTech) will be instrumental in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production operators and technicians.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, address concerns, and provide feedback.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring efficient operation and mínimal downtime.
- Monitor production lines for performance and quality issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that spices meet company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and meets safety standards.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance logs, and employee attendance.
- Prepare and submit production reports to the Production Manager.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee performance and take disciplinary actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or spice industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle occasional overtime as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,703.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month
