Knowledge of VMC & CNC Programming is must.
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitoring workers productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Confirm all the safety precautions have been taken during the production hours.
- Close coordination with the purchase team for ready availability of the materials.
- Close coordination with engineering team if any inaccuracy observed in the drawings.
- Coordinate with QC department for the inspection instantly after the production completion and rectify if any remarks raise by the QC team.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems of subordinates.
- Prepare and submit Production reports.
- Hire and train new employees (blue collar).

Any other work assigned by Management team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
