Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
3. Quality Control: Ensure that production processes meet quality standards, including monitoring and reporting on quality metrics.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production team members, including supervisors, operators, and quality control personnel.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
