Position**:Academic Counsellor**

Location: WFO (Noida Sector 58)

Work Timings
- Full Time (12 pm - 9 pm)

Experience: 1-10 Years

**Key Skills Required**:
Excellent communication skills ;the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.

Persuasive and goal-oriented.

Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor

Eager to expand company with new sales

Self motivated and self directed

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions

Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on daily basis including follow-up sessions.

Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.

Resolving queries and issues.

Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling, as per timelines.

Joining Required: Immediate Joiner

Language Proficiency: English mandatory

Qualification: Any graduate

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
