**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our academic programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Answer incoming inquiries from prospective students and parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries, calls made, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and conducting webinars, seminars, and other outreach activities to promote the institution.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in [Insert Required Languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of academic programs and admission processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
