**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course offerings, admission process, and institute benefits.
- Handle inquiries, follow up regularly, and maintain call records.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate information.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead nurturing.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification**:Graduation** in any discipline
- Minimum Experience**:2 years** of telecalling or customer handling experience (preferably in the education sector)
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi and English**:

- Basic computer knowledge MS Office.
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality
