**Job Title**: Telecounsellor / Telecaller

**Location**: Patna

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Languages Required**: Hindi & English (Fluent Communication)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students on courses offered.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions by effectively explaining the benefits of the institution.
- Address student queries and guide them through the admission process.
- Work collaboratively with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English.
- Persuasive and convincing ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle student queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in an educational institute or counseling role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

- Bailey Road, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- telecounselling: 2 years (preferred)
