Job Description

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems) tools.
3. Techsavy with minimum 2-year Experience in handling, scheduling, managing and coordination meeting (online and offline) and drafting and incorporated edits for Minute of Meeting

Required Experience:
1. Experience of minimum 3 yeras in similar position. Preferred Experience in Alumni Relations with familiarity with the operations of Alumni Committees, Associations, and other related bodies.
2. Experience in preparing professional presentations, with a good understanding of presentation strategies using Canva, Adoble Illustrator or similar tools

**Job Description**:
The key responsibility is to support the Director

1. Carrying out tasks to support the Director in interactions with VC office, Provost Office, HOI's, HOD's and other peers.

2. Recording of minutes of meetings held between Director and other stakeholders, Alumni Committees, Associations

3. Operating MIS of all Alumni Relations operations and providing information to Director swiftly

4. Assisting in preparing presentations for the Director as per presentation strategy that is provided

5. Supporting the Director in managing her communications traffic and scheduling

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal skills (including discretion) with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including alumni, committees, and associations.
