We are looking for a qualified Customer Care Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
To create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.

Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Requirements**:
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

A minimum of 1 year experience.

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Ability to lead a team.

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Computer skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable

**Remuneration & allowance**:
Basic Pay : Starts from Rs. 18,000

Incentive packages apply

Transportation allowance provided.

**Job Location** : Trivandrum/ Kollam

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
