Looking for **Process Coordinator **for our Real Estate Firm.

**Experience** - Min 3 years to 5 years

**Job Location** - Chennai

**Salary** - Negotiable

**Qualification** - BBA/BBM/Any degree

**Job description**
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Design new processes or modify existing ones, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and other metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process performance, highlighting successes, improvement areas, and potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Coordinate with all departments heads and team to execute the process of the task assigned
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure tasks completed on time
- Guarantee quality standards are met through process
- Supervise the activities
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to Directors etc.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process-related strategies and initiatives.

**Language**:
