Designation : Legal Executive

Location : Chennai (Corporate Office)

**Specification**:

- Bachelor degree in Law.
- Must have experience working with real estate companies.
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Documents / Title verification and due diligence of Property title / ownership
- Drafting of MoU, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney etc., and other real estate agreements
- Interaction and coordination with company Advocates for vetting of Agreements, Sale Deeds, etc., and closure of the same.
- Coordination with the registration department in getting the documents vetted and duly registered.
- Handling queries raised by customers/advocates.
- Experience of conducting legal due diligence of lands.
- Experience in assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents, MOU etc.
- Conducting research and distributing real estate documents.
- Documenting processes and Maintaining records.
- Experience in RERA requirements.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
