The Process Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining real estate data. This includes updating property listings, client details, and other critical information in our database. The role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to ensure data integrity. Additionally, the Process Coordinator supports the real estate team by ensuring that all information is up to date for smooth business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data in spreadsheet
- Ensure timely updates of pricing, availability, and property details
- Assist the real estate team with retrieving and compiling data for reports
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Manage team follow-ups, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate and provide necessary data to the team
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and timely updates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Google docs/ Spreadsheets/ Excel

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
