**Job Summary**
Agri Education is a specialized consultancy providing exclusive services in the Agriculture Science & Management sector to graduate students who dream about doing their masters from abroad with a strong career.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. To coordinate the admission documentation, Maintaining student records, file management, folder management, and excel management.
2. Ability to convert files, merge, split, compress and rotate pdf and document files. To fill various forms in word or pdf files
4. To handle various documentation, and data entries with word & Pdf & excel sheets with accuracy & perfection
5. Telephonic, video counselling & in-person Counselling to students & parents to find information to complete the documents requirement
5. Maintain accurate records of enquiries and actions taken and provide regular reports on enquiries data. identification of documentation.
6. Provide excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up/support to students
9. Provide timely and accurate reports of intake dates and potential students
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Preferred Bachelor Degree qualification and experience in a higher education environment preferably within international admissions, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience. An undergraduate qualification is not essential but would be highly regarded
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
- Demonstrated organisational, administrative and time management skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Preferable: At least one year of experience in handling documentation of office work
