Agri Education Consultants is an Australian company and is looking for an ADMISSION OFFICER & INTERNATIONAL COUNSELLOR for the International Admission Centre ( Indian Head Office) at Patiala, Punjab, India. This is a full-time permanent position for long-term employees.

- INTERNATIONAL COUNSELLOR (International Admission Centre) : The employee will be responsible for counselling students from South Asia ( Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, India & Kenya)etc _
- TRAINING: Complete training will be provided._

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Counselling students as per the exclusive Pathway course of Agri Education. Please help prospective students select an appropriate program of study. **The mode of counselling will be Telephonic, chatting, Video & face to face.**
2. Maintaining student records, file management, folder management, and Excel management.
4. Experience to maintain a record of every call as per format & requirement
5. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and actions taken and provide regular reports on inquiries data.
6. Provide excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up/support to students
9. Provide timely and accurate reports of intake dates and potential students
10. Technical ability: Ability to convert word & PDF files, merge, split, compress, and rotate pdf, and working knowledge of excess files.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Preferred Master's Degree qualification and experience in a higher education environment preferably within international admissions, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience. An undergraduate qualification is not essential but would be highly regarded
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
- Demonstrated organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
