**Job Overview**

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and enrollment process of prospective students for the Bansal academy. You will be responsible for guiding and assisting students through the admission process, providing information on academic programs, and representing the Bansal academy to potential applicants.

**Duties**
- Educate prospective students about the Bansal academy's academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote the Bansal academy to students, parents, and educators
- Assist in recruiting efforts by attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events
- Provide academic advising to prospective students regarding program selection and course requirements
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success initiatives
- Experience working with diverse student populations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in recruiting or academic advising is preferred
- Knowledge of university admission processes and procedures

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
