**Responsibilities**:

- **Student and Parent Interaction**: Address inquiries, provide detailed information about courses and admissions, and maintain a positive and professional institute image.
- **Marketing and Sales Initiatives**: Participate in and organize marketing events, outreach programs, and promotional activities to boost enrollments.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and feedback to improve services.
- **Student Counseling**: Offer guidance and support to students regarding course selection and career pathways.
- **Community Liaison**: Conduct house visits to engage with families and school visits to assist in seminars and establish a rapport with local educators.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.

**Job Details**:

- **Type**: Full-time
- **Hours**: 10 AM to 7 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM
- **Location**: Office based in Patiala, Punjab

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
