**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Engineering Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a team of **full-stack developers** (Python, React.js, Node.js, etc.).
- Drive **technical excellence**, code quality, and best engineering practices.

**Technical Strategy & Architecture**
- Optimize **database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance**.
- Ensure **microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability**.

**Team & Project Management**
- ** Hire, mentor, and develop** top engineering talent.
- Manage **agile development processes**, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Collaborate with **Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders** to align technical solutions with business needs.

**Technical Stack & Development**
- ** Backend**: Python, Django/FastAPI, Node.js
- ** Frontend**: React.js, Next.js
- ** Databases**: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- ** DevOps & Cloud**: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- ** Tools**: Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, Kafka

**Performance & Security**
- Optimize system **performance, scalability, and reliability**.
- Implement **security best practices, authentication, and authorization** (OAuth, JWT).
- Monitor and improve system **observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Must-Have**
- ** 8+ years of experience** in software development, with at least **2-3 years in a managerial role**.
- Expertise in **Python full-stack development** (Django/FastAPI for backend, React.js for frontend).
- Strong knowledge of **microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems**.
- Experience in **cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)** and DevOps automation.
- Hands-on experience with **SQL & NoSQL databases** (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and **system design expertise**.

**Good-to-Have**
- Knowledge of **serverless architectures and edge computing**.
- Familiarity with **GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data processing**.
- Experience with **e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech** platforms.
