We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SDE 3 Engineer, this role functions as a Team Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, and proven leadership experience. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, guiding the team, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding them through technical decisions, architectural design, code quality, and performance optimization.
  2. Development Ownership: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions in your area of expertise (frontend, backend, or full stack), leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
  3. Project Ownership: Own the delivery of key features and initiatives; ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business goals, and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  5. Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, implement testing strategies, and promote best practices in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose new solutions and improvements.
  7. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support team onboarding and future development.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. 6-10 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  2. Strong expertise in either:
  3. Frontend development: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React,
  4. Backend development: , Python, or equivalent.
  5. Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous architectures.
  6. Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  7. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  8. Strong grasp of system design, software architecture, and microservices-based systems.
  9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

  1. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  2. Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Full stack experience across frontend and backend.
