**Job Overview**

As a CRE at two-wheeler automobile showroom your main role is building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. You will be required to respond to customers’ queries and resolve them as soon as possible. Your aim should be to maintain cordial relations with the customers. Pleasant personality and good communication skills are the key requirements for this role. You should be competent enough to provide the best customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with all the information that they require.
- Providing information to the customer about the products and services.
- Handle customer complaints actively and ensure its resolution on time.
- Following up with the customer as and when required.
- Maintain a record of all the tasks undertaken and submit it to the higher management.
- Managing all the incoming calls and messages.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 6 months of experience. Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
