We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and onboarding new sellers onto Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, ensuring they have a smooth transition and receive the support they need to grow their online business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Seller Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential sellers and businesses looking to expand their presence on eCommerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon India and USA.
- **Client Meetings**: Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with potential sellers to explain the benefits of selling on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
- **Tailored Proposals**: Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients that meet their business needs and outline how Abes E-Com LLP can assist in their onboarding and growth.
- **Onboarding Support**: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, assisting with product listing, account setup, and compliance with platform policies.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their point of contact for ongoing support and growth strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the eCommerce space.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the eCommerce or digital marketplace sector.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms like Amazon and their seller onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
