
E Commerce Executive for Apparels

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Listing & Inventory Management**:
- Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, own website, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and update product availability in real-time.
- **Sales & Performance Monitoring**:
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics (such as conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment), and generate performance reports.
- Work with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions to drive conversions.
- Analyze competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
- **Order Processing & Customer Service**:
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Resolve complaints and issues related to orders, refunds, and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Digital Marketing & Campaign Management**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content (e.g., product photos, videos, banners) that resonates with the target audience.
- Run seasonal promotions, sales, and discounts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- **Website Maintenance**:
- Ensure the website is updated with the latest collections and is easy to navigate.
- Optimize product pages for better user experience and higher rankings in search engines.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging ethnic wear styles, and competitor activities.
- Suggest new strategies and innovations to improve the brand’s online presence.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the logistics, content, and design teams to maintain consistency across all channels.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, campaign results, and other key metrics.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) and CMS tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (like Photoshop) or ability to work with the creative team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in managing social media for brands, particularly in fashion or ethnic wear.
- Passion for ethnic wear, traditional fashion, and trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
