**Job Summary**:
**Your duties will also include supervising and leading a team of administrators, hands-on management of campaign VICI dialer operations, and flexibility in accommodating varying shifts.**

**Job Type**:Full-Time

Looking for an immediate joiner who is flexible with shifts. Male preferred.

**Work From Office -** Office No. 534, 5th floor, Amanora Chambers, East block of Amanora mall, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028.

**Experience**:3-5 years of experience in core Admin Shift Supervision in **BPO related field.**

**Salary**:Up to 4.20 LPA

**Shift Time - **Rotational shifts to accommodate different schedules.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently coordinate and manage your team to ensure the smooth execution of daily campaigns and support operations.
- Strategically plan and prioritize workloads in alignment with company targets and objectives.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance to meet company expectations.
- Continuously monitor and adjust scheduling plans as needed.
- Keep meticulous track of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Lead team meetings to review progress, identify issues, and proactively resolve them.
- Foster and maintain a high standard of communication with team members, customers, and clients.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess 3 to 5 years of solid experience in core administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on BPO shift supervision and MIS.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in managing campaign VICI dialer operations.
- Flexibility in adapting to varying shifts.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Possess the capacity to meticulously plan and prioritize workloads to achieve company targets.
- Showcase robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Maintain a high level of organization and an acute attention to detail.
