Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor at Sks Fasteers Limited in Pune. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, managing and mentoring shift staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting issues, and reporting on performance metrics. This role will require a hands-on approach to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in shift supervision and team management
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting is a plus
