**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Intern to join our team. The intern will support various projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and meeting customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Kaizen Event Support**:

- Assist in the planning, preparation, and deployment of Kaizen events at the Simhadri and Sipat sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate LD (Lead Time) risks.
- Support efforts to align project activities with customer schedules and expectations.

**PFEP Creation**:

- Create and define the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) for the Sikka WFGD (Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization) project.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate and efficient parts management.

**Delivery Dashboard Assignment**:

- Collaborate with the IT team to complete and enhance the delivery dashboard.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project deliverables and milestones.

**Obeya Room Operationalization**:

- Support the operationalization of the Noida Obeya Room.
- Assist in setting up visual management tools and processes to improve project tracking and communication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5 years of relevant work experience & Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
