Responsibilities:

- Generate Leads
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
- Research and identify potential clients and properties to target.
- Build Relationships:

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on real estate transactions.
- Conduct Property Tours:

- Schedule and conduct property tours for clients.
- Highlight the features and benefits of properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate Deals:

- Negotiate sales contracts and terms on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their interests are represented and protected during negotiations.
- Close Deals:

- Facilitate the closing process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge of local real estate market conditions.
- Meet Sales Targets
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by management.
- Track sales activity and performance metrics to measure progress towards goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
