**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell residential/commercial plots to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details, location benefits, and legal aspects.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends, legal documents, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
