**Job Title: Direct Sales Agent - Loan Process**

**Location: Thane**

**Experience: 6 months to 4 years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Sales of Loan Products**:
Promote and sell various types of loan products such as Home Loans, Car Loans, and

Business Loans, etc.

**Direct Sales Agent (DSA)**:
Act as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) for the loan products, generating leads, and converting

**Customer Handling**:
Interact with customers regularly, understand their loan requirements, and guide them

**File Pickup**:
**Logins**:
**Loan Process Support**:
execution and customer satisfaction.

**Collecting Legal & Technical Reports**:
Collect all necessary legal and technical reports from external vendors, ensuring compliance with the lender’s requirements.

**Decision Support System (DSS)**:
decision-making processes, and ensure accurate data entry for loan approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Background graduate or related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the loan or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of all types of loan products for example Home Loans, Car Loans, and Business Loans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.

**Skills**:

- Customer service & relationship management
- Ability to handle legal documentation and technical reports
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:
