This is a full time tele calling work-from-office job for our client, a major media company.

Process brief:

- The client is a major media company in Kerala which has a mobile app as well.
- They want to upgrade customers to a higher plan in the app. Also, they want to get customers

to renew their subscription.
- Coordination with the Team Leader to resolve issues faced by the customers.
- Communication with the customers to improve customer satisfaction.

Other skills required: Confidence, Interest in speaking to many people, Convincing skills,

Willingness to learn, Positivity, Friendliness, Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

Qualification: Plus 2 or Graduate

Remuneration per month:
Net Salary (take home) Rs 11,500

Gross Salary Rs 13,350

CTC Rs 15,500

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
