**Position**: Customer Support Executive - **Night Shift**(Inbound Voice)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹19,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Subsidized Meals, Free Cab Drop, Attendance Bonus ₹1,000/month, Annual Bonus up to ₹15,000, PF & ESI coverage

**Location**: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)

**Shift & Schedule**:

- Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones)
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)

**Role Overview**:

- Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers - no sales, no targets.
- Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U.S.friendly accent preferred.
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation or Diploma is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
