- Handling matters pertaining to securities law, drafting, and appearing before SEBI, SAT, and High Courts.

**Qualification and Skills**
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Senior associates in various assignments which will include drafting, and attending hearings before SEBI/SAT/NCLT/High Court.
- Assisting the Transactional Advisory Team in various capital raising transactions, due diligence, drafting red herring prospectus, etc.
- Assist the general litigation team in dealing with criminal and commercial litigation.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and legal trends to provide informed counsel to our esteemed clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Post-qualification experience of 0-2 years
- Added advantage if graduated from National Law University

**ASSOCIATE - NEW DELHI**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in capital-raising transactions, providing valuable insights, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Conducting comprehensive due diligence to ensure legal compliance and risk assessment in business dealings.
