- Attend incoming calls from customers and help them with their queries
- Welcome call to the new onboarded customers
- Help the customers with onboarding, KYC and product listing
- Build good relationship with the sellers
- Work directly with leadership to drive improvements in Customer Support
- Work with operations team and leadership to establish highest level standards and processes

Desired skills and experience:
Qualification - Graduate
- Fluency in **English and Hindi languages** is a must-have. ( Additional languages Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam is plus.)
- Strong listening and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
