**Job Description of ESG Executive**:
1. Support ESG initiatives: You'll assist in promoting and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives within our organization.
2. Research and analysis: You'll conduct research on sustainability practices, social impact, and corporate governance. You'll also analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Strategy development: You'll work with the team to develop strategies and action plans to enhance our organization's ESG performance.
4. Collaboration: You'll collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the integration of ESG practices across the organization.
5. Reporting and documentation: You'll assist in preparing reports and documentation related to ESG performance and progress.
6. Learning and growth: This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in ESG, allowing you to develop skills in research, analysis, strategy development, and collaboration.
- Academic Qualifications: Any Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of prior experience in the ESG data ratings and research is required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate ability to comprehend documentation such as annual reports, sustainability reports, and company policies and processes.
- Demonstrates multitasking and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Effective written and oral presentation skills.
- Location: Erandwane, Pune
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
