Role Overview:

The ESG & Quality Management Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's management systems in compliance with international standards. The role involves driving sustainability and ESG initiatives, overseeing documentation, conducting audits, and fostering continuous improvement across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain a management system aligned with applicable international standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies and policies related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of ESG reports, ensuring accurate and timely disclosure of relevant information.
  • Stay up to date with evolving ESG frameworks and reporting standards such as BRSR, GRI, and TCFD.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure continual improvement of systems and processes after implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of document control and record-keeping.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate training programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance staff competence in quality and technology trends.
  • Communicate and liaise with clients to obtain feedback, analyze complaints (if any), and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Evaluate new trends and developments in quality control and assurance, recommending practical applications within the organization.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits based on function importance and status; maintain and report audit outcomes.
  • Identify causes of non-conformities and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Assess and document employee training needs related to management systems and other key services.
  • Analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and verify technical reports and records for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
