Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Sustainability & ESG Analyst responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining the sustainability strategy, and respective guidelines in the organization.

Job Location:

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and complete customer sustainability and ESG requests on Vishay products, processes, and facilities.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal functions to complete customer surveys and requests for sustainability and ESG.
  • Develop and manage processes for the coordination of requests as described above.
  • Keep track record of all requests and queries
  • Assist in the development of Product Carbon Footprint data across Vishay products
  • Monitor and provide status updates for the above
  • Participate in and support data needs for external sustainability-related programs and partnerships
  • Contribute to sustainability reporting initiatives as necessary
  • Should have strong technical as well as written/verbal communication skills.
