**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Analyze data and prepare reports on findings.
- ** Project Support**: Assist in the development and implementation of ESG projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- ** Reporting**: Help in the preparation of ESG reports, including data collection, verification, and presentation. Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Assist in communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives and performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize ESG documentation and records. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- ** Event Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of ESG-related events, workshops, and training sessions.

**Key Requirements**:

- B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with prior internship experience in ESG and sustainability related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, BRSR, TCFD) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas are essential.
- Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership.
- Analytical capabilities and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Highly customer-focused and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferable.
