ERM has an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as a Partner for our India Business.

We provide environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting services and sustainability related services. Role Profile:
As a Partner - ESG Advisory, you will be playing a key role in growing the ESG advisory business in India. As a senior point of contact, you will play a strategic role in driving the growth and success of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Sustainability Advisory services. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in ESG sustainability, a proven track record in advisory services, and expertise in sales and business development.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Client Engagement and Sales:

- Cultivate and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key clients in ESG matters.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities, and leading client pursuits to achieve revenue targets. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for ESG advisory services.
- Collaborate with other partners and teams across the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

ESG Advisory Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership in the ESG Advisory space, staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging issues.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for ESG services, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives.

ESG Sustainability Expertise:

- Leverage deep expertise in ESG sustainability to provide high-quality advisory services to clients.
- Advise clients on ESG reporting, strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with global ESG standards and frameworks, ensuring the firm's services align with evolving market expectations

Thought Leadership and Brand Building:

- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in the ESG space through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.
- Build and enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in ESG advisory services.

Team Development and Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in developing their technical skills, industry knowledge, and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

- Proven P&L leadership history in an Environmental and/or Sustainability consulting services firm.
- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience, with prior experience in a senior leadership position.
- Strong understanding of India markets in our focused sectors, including energy, mining, utility and infrastructure, chemical, pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing and food, beverage and agribusiness.
- Prior experience of having built, manage, mentor, motivate and reward teams while setting and delivering revenue / profit targets.
- Background of consistently achieving / exceeding annual revenue and profit targets via innovative and inspirational leadership combined with entrepreneurial flexibility
- Strategic thinker and successful track record of building trusted relationships with target clients
