1. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with their organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
2. Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and audits to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Provide expert guidance on integrating ESG considerations into decision-making processes, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure impact.
5. Stay updated on global ESG trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and enable proactive advisory services.



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

  • Post qualification 2 years ESG minimum (BRSR reporting experience is a must)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
  • Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive social and environmental impact.
