**Salary**:10,000 to 15,000
**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Telecaller** to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote our products/services, and build strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in generating leads, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
- Explain products/services to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams as required.
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., Hindi, English].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and convincing skills.
