**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit patients’ homes for collection of blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples.
- Verify patient details, obtain consent, and ensure accurate labeling of all specimens.
- Follow standard protocols for sample collection, storage, and handling.
- Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and biosafety practices.
- Transport samples securely to the designated laboratory within required timelines.
- Maintain patient comfort and provide courteous service during collection.
- Keep proper records of collections, payments (if applicable), and logistics.
- Coordinate with the lab team and customer support for smooth operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with patient information.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Attention to detail in labeling and documentation.
- Ability to travel and manage multiple home visits daily.
- Knowledge of biosafety and infection control protocols.
- Familiarity with GPS/route planning is an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or Phlebotomy certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in sample collection, preferably in a diagnostic center/hospital.
- Valid **two-wheeler driving license** with own vehicle preferred.
- Must carry a valid **registration certificate** (if applicable as per state medical council norms).
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and emergency requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
