**Phlebotomy Duties**
- Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples from patients at the center or through home collection.
- Ensure proper patient identification, sample labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control during collection.
- Safely handle and store biological specimens to prevent contamination.
- Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during the procedure.

**Rider Duties**
- Transport collected samples promptly and safely to the designated laboratory.
- Ensure proper handling of samples to maintain integrity during transit.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle (two-wheeler) in good condition.
- Follow prescribed routes and adhere to timelines for sample delivery.
- Maintain records/logs of collections and deliveries.

**General Duties**
- Coordinate with lab staff, front desk, and patients for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
- Support in other operational activities when required.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong phlebotomy skills with good patient-handling ability.
- Knowledge of biosafety and infection control practices.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Time management and punctuality in sample delivery.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic center/hospital.
- Valid **two-wheeler license** with driving experience.
- Willingness to travel for home collections and deliveries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
