### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Install foam-filled tires on a variety of equipment including industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, and specialized vehicles.
- Inspect and prepare tires for foam filling by verifying compatibility with urethane materials and ensuring proper sealing.
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the foam-filling process.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and identify signs of wear, cracking, or foam leakage.
- Advise clients or team members on the advantages and limitations of foam-filled tires for specific jobs or projects.
- Document tire performance and lifespan, providing reports on durability and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling foam and tire components.
### *Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience with tire installation, repair, or foam-filling procedures.
- Familiarity with pneumatic, solid, and foam-filled tire types.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to foam compatibility and tire-sidewall protection.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the foam-filling process.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical fitness for handling heavy tires and equipment.
