Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART, GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
- Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up.
- Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images, certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility.
- Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic.
- Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response timelines, and lead conversion metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
